These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SampleSprays.com and your purchase of our fragrance decants. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering
- All decants are filled to order and shipped from the UK
- Please check your selections carefully before completing your order — we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed
- Orders are subject to availability — in the rare case we can’t fulfil something, we’ll contact you immediately
Shipping
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48
- Orders are usually dispatched within one working day
- Free shipping is available on orders over £30
- Free shipping + a Free 2ml Sample are available on orders over £35
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. For full details, see our Returns Policy.
Authenticity
All fragrances are 100% genuine and purchased from authorised retailers. Decants are rebottled into smaller, unbranded atomisers and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original fragrance brands.
Liability
We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
