Returns & Cancellations
We want our customers to be confident they can trust us, which is why we offer a straightforward, no-fuss policy.
Cancellations
All orders are processed immediately, so we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please check your selections carefully — we are not liable for customer mistakes or accidents at checkout.
Returns
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
 - Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
 - Customers are responsible for return postage
 - Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and reflect the value of returned goods only
 - We reserve the right to refuse excessive or abusive returns
 - Return drop-offs are not accepted at our office or warehouse
 
To start a return, email info@samplesprays.com with the subject line “Refund” and include your order number. One of our team will assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank to process it.
Any issues?
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of our confirmation email, contact info@samplesprays.com. You may also wish to follow up with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
